3Ci is led by Austin Johnson, MD, PhD, an accomplished translational researcher and emergency medicine physician;
Timothy Williams, MD, a vascular surgeon and electrical engineer with extensive experience with medical device R&D;
Lucas Neff, MD, a pediatric and trauma surgeon with expertise in large animal models of critical illness;
Jason Adams, MD, MS, a critical care physician focused on machine learning analysis of physiologic waveform data.
David Poisner, 3Ci’s lead electrical engineer, has 35 years of device development experience at Intel prior to joining 3Ci.
Other team members include a mechanical engineer, two software developers and a regulatory specialist.
3Ci has established key partnerships with Bay Area engineering firms to support late-stage product development.
